According to the 2023 Blue Book on the Development of Key Internal Combustion Engine Components released by China Automotive Technology and Research Center (CATARC), the installation rate of domestic high-pressure common rail systems in commercial vehicles reached 61.3% in 2022, rising by 15.7 percentage points compared with 2020. The localization rate of core components including injectors and oil pumps exceeded 65%. In terms of technical parameters, the minimum stable injection quantity of domestic common rail injectors has decreased from 1.50 mm³ per stroke in 2021 to 1.20 mm³ per stroke in 2025, with a stable injection pressure above 2000 Bar, reaching the technical level of mainstream mid-range international products.
